Although they offer set menus on their website, she was incredibly flexible and customized everything to our preferences. The food was outstanding, the service was excellent, and everything we requested was delivered exactly as promised. Our guests were so impressed that many asked who the caterer was before leaving. “ Excellent food and service - reasonable price, clean environment. We ate griots, fried fish, bouillon, rice and beans, corn meal, legumes at Kanasuk. We also ordered take out for a group of people and the response was unanimously positive. We are still talking about how excellent and tasty the food was. Claudette also provided some catering service for our beloved mother funerals. Everything was done with great taste; excellent and attentive service was provided by two Kanasuk hostesses. We were served Soup Joumou, macaroni salad, spicy chicken wing, pates, fresh fruits, and an excellent Haitian cake. Claudette is very dedicated and truly excels in her trade; she was attentive to our needs, supportive and caring. It is without hesitation that we are recommending Kanasuk.
